These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the StreamOS video hosting and streaming platform, operated by StreamOS. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Account and Organization

To access all core features of StreamOS, you must create an Account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your organization and for all activities that occur under your organization account.

You must immediately notify StreamOS of any unauthorized use of your organization, account, or any other security breaches.

• Organizational Accounts — You may register as an organization, which can represent a business, educational institution, or team.
• Team Members — Additional members may be added to your organization, each with their own individual login credentials. As the account owner, you are responsible for the actions and activities of every member of your organization.
• Account Security — You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including any unauthorized access. Access is by one-time code sent to your email address rather than a password, so keeping that email account secure is what keeps yours secure. If you become aware of any unauthorized access, notify us immediately so we can revoke your active sessions.

User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate and truthful information during registration and when using the platform or contacting support. You are responsible for:

• Using the platform for lawful and appropriate purposes.
• Not uploading or streaming illegal, harmful, or misleading content.
• Only uploading or streaming content that your organization owns or has rights to distribute.
• Complying with all applicable local and international laws when using StreamOS.
• Respecting the privacy and rights of other users and third parties.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use StreamOS only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.

You are allowed to create content, upload videos, live stream, and use the features provided by the platform — provided you do so in compliance with our terms. StreamOS reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates this Acceptable Use Policy, without prior notice.

Copyright Policy

StreamOS respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. You must only upload or stream content that you own or have appropriate licenses and permissions to use.

If you believe your copyrighted work has been uploaded to StreamOS without your authorization, please contact us. We will review and take appropriate action, including removal of the content if necessary.

Termination

StreamOS may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for violating these Terms or if we determine your use of the service poses a risk to other users or to the platform.

If you wish to terminate your account or stop using the platform, you may do so at any time by contacting us, or by discontinuing your use of the service.

Disclaimer

The StreamOS platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements.
