What counts against my plan?
Storage and live minutes are measured. Delivery and DRM licences are quoted rather than metered today — the figures on each card describe what the plan is sized for, and nothing throttles automatically when you pass one.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, from Settings → Billing, without talking to anyone. Moving up takes effect immediately; the plan you are on is always shown against the rest of the list.
Is DRM really on the entry plan?
Yes. Widevine, FairPlay and PlayReady, per-stream licence tokens, and domain and device restrictions are on every paid plan — Starter includes 55,000 licences a month.
Is there a contract?
Starter, Pro and Growth are billed monthly. Scale is the one plan we ask to put in writing, because it carries a 99.9% uptime SLA.
What if none of these fit?
Talk to us. Volumes above Scale, annual terms, and anything with unusual delivery or licence numbers are a conversation rather than a form.
